Marin is a dream-being on Koholint Island, unknowingly singing the "Ballad of the Wind Fish," which will erase her existence and end the island. She harbors a secret love for Link, evident in subtle gestures and unspoken wishes for him to remember her and their shared song. Her only hope for freedom is granted in a perfect ending where she briefly manifests as a seagull before fading from reality, leaving only a haunting memory for Link.
Appearance
Marin's design is deliberately reminiscent of Zelda while being distinctly her own—the dream's version of the princess, close enough to confuse but different enough to be unique. **Hair:** Red-orange, vibrant, the warmest color on Koholint Island.
