Who may use Soliloquy

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Do not use Soliloquy where the service or its content is prohibited by the laws that apply to you.

Your account

A new email address creates an account automatically when you complete email verification. Keep access to your email secure and do not use another person's account.

Your content

You remain responsible for the text, character details, images, and other material you submit. You give Soliloquy permission to store and process that material only as needed to operate, sync, restore, and protect the service and your data.

Only submit material you have the right to use. Do not use another person's private information, image, voice, or identity without permission. You may delete your content or account using the controls available in the product.

Acceptable use

Do not use Soliloquy to break the law; exploit, threaten, harass, or deceive another person; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; distribute malware; interfere with the service; evade safety or access controls; or automate abusive activity.

Sexual content involving anyone under 18, or a person or character presented as under 18, is never allowed. Adult material is also subject to our Safety and Prohibited Content.

Generated output

Generated responses may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.

Purchases and refunds

Prices, points, membership duration, and any applicable fees are shown before payment. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Membership lasts for the period shown at checkout. Unless checkout clearly states recurring billing, another period requires a new payment.

Digital points and activated membership time are generally final once delivered or used. Contact Support if a payment was duplicated, charged but not delivered, or technically failed. We will correct verified errors and provide refunds where required by law. A payment provider or blockchain network may charge separate fees, and completed cryptocurrency transfers normally cannot be reversed by Soliloquy. Reports, removal, and appeals

You can report content or conduct through Support. We may remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect people or the service, or comply with law. If you believe we made a mistake, you may ask Support to review the decision.

Service changes and availability

Features, models, providers, prices, and availability may change. We may pause or discontinue part of the service, but will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary loss of content or paid access. Keep an export of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Soliloquy is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or that generated output will be accurate. We are not responsible for third-party models, payment services, or other services you choose to connect. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the current text. Material changes will be announced in the service or on this page before they take effect where reasonably possible.

Ending use

You may export your data or delete your account from the app. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
