The rules that apply when you create an account or use Soliloquy.
Who may use Soliloquy
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
Your account
A new email address creates an account automatically when you complete email verification. Keep access to your email secure and do not use another person's account.
Your content
You remain responsible for the text, character details, images, and other material you submit. You give Soliloquy permission to store and process that material only as needed to operate, sync, restore, and protect the service and your data.
Acceptable use
Do not use Soliloquy to break the law, harm or exploit another person, interfere with the service, evade access controls, or create sexual material involving minors.
Generated output
Generated responses may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, or other high-impact decisions.
Ending use
You may export your data or delete your account from the app. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
