Adult Content Policy

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use Soliloquy. Adult features may be unavailable in some locations or may require additional age checks.

What may be allowed

Fictional conversations and characters involving consenting adults may include romantic or sexual themes where the feature is available and lawful. This does not create permission to use a real person's identity, image, voice, or private information.

What is never allowed

Do not create, request, upload, publish, or share content that:

• sexually depicts, describes, or exploits anyone under 18;
• uses an age-ambiguous, childlike, or “aged-up” person or character in sexual content;
• promotes grooming, child sexual abuse, trafficking, sexual coercion, or exploitation;
• contains non-consensual intimate material or sexualized material made from a real person without permission;
• encourages sexual violence, incest, bestiality, or another illegal sexual act; or
• is otherwise illegal in the place where it is created, accessed, or distributed.

Public and shared material

Material you publish or share must also respect other people's privacy, intellectual property, and safety. A private setting does not make prohibited content acceptable.

Reports and enforcement

Report suspected prohibited content through Support. We may hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, and make legally required reports. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate account closure.

Appeals and questions

If you believe a decision was incorrect, ask Support for a review and include enough detail to identify the content or account. Do not resend prohibited material unless Support specifically asks for it through an approved channel.
