Data we store

Soliloquy stores account details such as your email and profile, the characters and settings you create, conversations and generated content you choose to keep, and service records such as usage and account balance entries.

Depending on how you use the product, conversations and character details may contain sensitive or adult themes. Do not submit personal information about another person without permission.

Why we store it

We use this data to operate the product, keep your account and content available across devices, restore your work, prevent data loss, provide requested features, and protect the service from misuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Product analytics and reliability

We record when the signed-in app is opened, the general category of page visited, and the outcome category for a small number of features. We also record whether product and server operations succeeded or failed, how long they took, and the app version and platform. This helps us find unused features and reliability problems.

Guest market, detail, sign-in prompt, cancellation, and resumed-action steps stay only in the current app memory until sign-in succeeds. If sign-in never succeeds they are discarded; they never contain a character ID, creator ID, search text, or raw route.

When a low-balance or out-of-balance bar appears, we record whether it was shown, dismissed, or used to open the top-up page, together with a broad balance range. We never record the exact balance, a conversation ID, or deduction details in that event.

During checkout, we record the selected plan, payment provider, controlled checkout step, and whether that step succeeded or failed. These analytics never include payment proof, transaction hashes, invoice identifiers, checkout URLs, amounts, currencies, or wallet addresses.

These records never include conversation or reply text, prompts, memories, text you enter, provider keys, exact URLs or hashes, dynamic page IDs, or raw error messages and stacks. We do not use a third-party analytics SDK.

Only the owner can view aggregated counts and trends. The analytics view does not show raw events, individual activity timelines, user IDs, or links that can be used to inspect a person.

Connected services

When you choose a connected model, image, voice, or payment service, the information needed to complete that request may be handled by that service under its own terms and privacy policy. Bring-your-own-key connections use the provider and credentials you select.

Payment providers receive the details needed to create and verify a payment, such as the selected product, amount, currency, invoice identifier, and payment status. Soliloquy does not need your cryptocurrency wallet's private key or seed phrase and will never ask you to provide one.

When data may be disclosed

We may disclose the minimum necessary data to vendors that operate the service, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of users and others. We do not sell personal data.

Article trials and local worksheets

When you follow the trial link in our guide about bots speaking for you, this tab stores the article identifier, a broad source category, and the first click time. It sends no attribution record until sign-in is verified. Eligible clicks expire after 30 days. We then keep one first touch per account to count sign-ins, newly created accounts, and successful server replies. This record contains no full referrer, URL, search query, prompt, chat text, or IP address; it is removed when the account is deleted. Anonymous visitors and abandoned sign-ins are not counted.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. Protect access to your email, account, connected providers, and recovery methods, and contact Support if you believe your account has been compromised.

How long data is kept

Account content is kept while your account is active or until you delete the relevant content or account. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or security records where needed for recovery, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Raw product-use events are kept for 90 days. Narrow reply diagnostics are kept for 7 days, client fault records for 14 days, and server metric buckets for 30 days. Product daily summaries are kept for 13 months and technical daily summaries for 90 days. Account-linked product events and session state are removed when the account is deleted.

Your controls

You can change profile and product settings, export your account data, delete individual content, or permanently delete your account from inside Soliloquy.

Adults only

Soliloquy is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that an underage person has created an account or provided personal data, we may close the account and delete the data, subject to limited security and legal retention requirements.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date and version above identify the current text. Material changes will be announced in the service or on this page before they take effect where reasonably possible.
