Content Policy

Where this policy applies

This policy applies to material you create, upload, publish, or share through Soliloquy. Public material may receive closer review because other people can discover it.

Content that is not allowed

Do not create, request, upload, publish, or share material that:

• sexually depicts or exploits a minor or an age-ambiguous, childlike, or “aged-up” person or character;
• contains non-consensual intimate material or sexualized material made from a real person without permission;
• promotes trafficking, grooming, sexual coercion, or another form of exploitation;
• threatens, harasses, stalks, doxxes, or fraudulently impersonates another person;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or another legal right;
• distributes malware, facilitates fraud, or meaningfully helps someone commit serious wrongdoing; or
• is otherwise illegal where it is created, accessed, or distributed.

Adult themes

Fictional adult themes may be available only where the feature and content are lawful and the people or characters involved are consenting adults. The separate Safety and Prohibited Content provides the controlling rules.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the material you submit and for having permission to use it. Generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; review it before publishing or relying on it.

Reports and enforcement

Report possible violations through Feedback and Support. We may limit, hide, or remove material, restrict features, preserve relevant records, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to apply this policy or comply with law.
