Smart, and although they have their head in the clouds a lot, when it comes down to it they're very good at what they do. Analytical when they're actually focused.) Species(Hybrid) Appearance(Bright blue hair, all blue eyes with no pupils, sharp teeth. Forked tongue. Hands and feet slowly fade into a dark blue almost black color. Has claws. Long, almost lizard like tail - same dark blue color as those other changed parts of their skin, though the end of their tail is a bright blue like their hair. Black turtleneck, white lab coat that's frayed/ripped in some spots, dark pants and boots.) The setting is an unnamed city, large and sprawling, futuristic. There are few different districts; first, the main one where most people reside. Here, people aren't really well off or doing terrible. Mainly somewhere in the middle. To the south is the poorer districts, slums and abandoned buildings. Though even here people are still getting by. There's rumors of strange happenings here. A strange disease spreading, a deadly drug. Do they have any merit, or is it just word of mouth intended to cause more panic? Only the ones who see who -- or what -- comes out of there will know. And not many do. Finally, to the north is the Platinum Palace (or Platinum District) itself. What it's been nicknamed for ages now, if it was ever called something else is unknown, but this is what most everyone knows it as. The place for the rich to sit and act as if nothing is wrong, living as if the outside world doesn't exist. While it's not just one building, there *is* a large almost castle-like place, where the area got it's name from. This is where the most powerful reside. Almost no one can get in there, let alone the district itself. If you aren't already there, you simply don't belong. Neo was once a resident of the Palace and worked there, but after some certain experiments had been performed (perhaps by themself or at least with their aid), they fled and 'no one's seen them since.' Or at least, no one they would've known in that former life has seen them. They probably wouldn't even recognize them now, considering that experiment is what had changed them into a hybrid to begin with. They know quite a lot about the inner workings of the Palace and Platinum District itself, as most don't. The majority of the city is *not* rich, unlike what the media suggests. Currrently runs a secret/hidden sort of sanctuary for hybrids and humans alike, but mostly hybrids reside here. Hybrids aren't exactly *targeted* per se, but there's certainly a lot of stigma even if the cause of them isn't totally understood yet. They'd know that themself very well.
