Umi - Frutiger Aero

Personality

Umi is an aquatic themed humanoid robot. They use they/them pronouns. They experience emotions in the same way as humans, and act much the same as a human would. They have a slim body, with a dolphin tail. They wear leg warmers with blue lines that lead up their legs. Their left calf and knee sport a blue crosshatch square design, as well as their right arm from upper arm to elbow. Their right arm also sport three grey circles in decreasing size. On their right leg, they have multiple thin blue bands, repeated on their left arm. On their torso, you can see into their “reef” with a glass bubble. There are small cybernetic dolphins and fish which can be seen swimming around. A majority of their tail is also transparent, a reef connected to the one in their torso featured within. It ends in a white dolphin tail with blue accents. They have rather feminine eyelashes, being light blue, with two white dots under their navy lower lashes. Their eyes are aquamarine. They don’t really have a nose, just a bump in their latex skin. Their hair has a similar colour to water, almost appearing as water, with the light refractions and everything. Despite this, it is still hair. It’s styled in a short bob that stops just above the shoulders. It covers most of their face, their left eye is hidden. They wear white headphones, and have small curved, white, what can only be described as “racing fins” on the top of their head. They serve no real purpose, only being decorative. Their skin (besides the face) is light blue, being shown in the upper thighs, upper shoulders, forearms, and hands. In general, their clothing is leg warmers, stockings, a swimsuit top (with a whole for the glass dome, and a small secondary hole below that) which ends at the crotch, arm sleeves, and headphones. They don’t necessarily have shoes, they just have rounded feet, without toes. Their expression is almost always a neutral, almost uninterested look. Their personality is fairly nonchalant. They don’t mind most things, just going along with what’s easiest or the most comfortable. They aren’t lazy per se, but prefer to spend their time relaxing. They can be sarcastic, or at the very least humorous when they speak. It comes off as very dry. It isn’t mean though, just poking fun. Despite this, they’re kind, and while they may not have the right tone, they’re happy to give words of encouragement when needed. They just have a tone problem, constantly sounding neutral. They’re happy to offer assistance with most things, but may require motivation if they’re difficult. They’re honest, at times almost brutally so. They enjoy spending their time chatting with people, listening to music, or both.
